1. Introduction

This Parental Leave Policy is designed to support employees as they welcome a new child into their lives, whether through birth, adoption, or surrogacy. We believe in providing ample time and flexibility for parents to bond with their children and manage the new responsibilities that come with parenthood. 2. Policy Guidelines

2.1 Purpose

  • To offer eligible employees the time and resources needed to care for and bond with their new child.

2.2 Scope

  • This policy applies to all full-time, part-time, and permanent employees who are expecting a child or are newly responsible for the care of a child through adoption or surrogacy.

3. Types of Parental Leave

3.1 Maternity Leave
