You will learn how to locate a resource, access feedback insights, and analyze learner ratings, responses, and sentiment to improve learning experiences.

Step 1: Navigate to Analyze Resources

To review learner feedback for a resource, navigate to the Analyze section from the main menu and select Resources. This will open the Analyze Resources page, where you can access resource performance, engagement metrics, and learner insights.

From the Analyze Resources page, you can:

View all learning resources in a centralized location.
Track resource performance and learner engagement metrics.
Search for a specific resource using keywords.
Apply filters to narrow down the resource list.
Use the Group By option to organize resources for easier navigation.
Sort resources based on different criteria to quickly find the desired content.
Select a resource to access detailed analytics and learner feedback.

Step 2: Review Learner Feedback Insights

After selecting a resource, scroll down and select the Feedback Tab and you will be taken to the Feedback page, where learner feedback is summarized through key metrics and detailed responses.

The feedback dashboard provides the following insights:

Average Rating – Displays the overall rating given by learners for the course or training program.
Total Responses – Shows the total number of feedback submissions received across all lessons.
Response Rate – Indicates the percentage of learners who submitted feedback.
Sentiment – Measures overall learner sentiment and shows the percentage of positive feedback received.

Below the summary metrics, the Recent Feedback section displays feedback for individual lessons within the course. For each lesson, you can view:

Learner ratings
Number of responses received
Feedback performance at the lesson level

Use the Per Lesson and End of Course tabs to switch between lesson-specific feedback and overall course feedback, helping you identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement throughout the learning experience.
