This article explains how to view an individual learner's progress, learning statistics, and course activity. The Learners section provides detailed insights into each learner's enrolled resources, completed courses, learning hours, and overall progress.

Step 1: Open the Learners List

Go to Analyze → Learners.

Learner Name
Resources Enrolled
Resources Completed
Learning Hours
Last Active

Select the learner whose progress you want to view.

Step 2: View the Learner Summary

After selecting a learner, the learner profile page opens.

At the top of the page, you can view the learner's basic information, including:

Name
Email Address
Department
Location
Reporting Manager

Below the profile information, the Course Stats section provides a summary of the learner's progress, including:

Total Resources
Resources In Progress
Resources Completed
Learning Hours

You can also use the Export option to download the learner's progress report if required.

Step 3: View the Learner's Course Activity

Scroll down to view the learner's course activity.

Use the available tabs to filter resources by status, including:

All
In Progress
Completed
Not Started

Select any tab to view the learner's resources and monitor their completion progress.

The learner profile provides a comprehensive view of an individual's learning progress, making it easy to monitor course completion, track learning hours, review activity, and export learning data when needed.
