1. Accessing Learner Data

Navigate to the Analyze section within Calibr.ai.

Click on the Learners tab to access key metrics.

2. Summary Tab Overview

Provides a quick snapshot of key learning statistics, including:
Total Active Learners
Total Learning Hours
Resources Completed
Certificates Generated

Data is available for different timeframes: weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

3. Tracking Overall Learner Progress

Go to the Learner Tab to view:
A summary of all learners, including the total number of learners and active participants.

4. Tracking Individual Learner Progress

Click on a specific learner’s name to access a detailed report.

View individual progress details such as:
Course Status: In Progress

Completed

Not Started

Completion Percentage for each course.
